Socket Fusion Welding Machine digital dispaly function instruction:
1. Fusion temperature set: Choose suitable pipe and fitting, set the suitable temperature
before fusion.
2. Cutting the pipe: Cutting the necessary pipe length with the plastic pipe cutter.
3. Clearing the pipe: Clearing the fusion surface of pipe with alcohol.
4. Measure fusion depth: Measure the fusion depth according the fusion standard table and
mark.
5. Heating: Put the pipe and fitting into the sockets horizontal, heating time
refer standard.
6. Connecting and cooling : Connect the heated pipe and fitting exactly and adjustment finish
in 5s.
Repair socket fusion welding machine instruction:
1. Clean repair position: Find the repair position and clear the hole surface.
2. Heating: Choose the right repair bar and push the bar and repair hole into
the socket.
3. Connection: Insert the heated bar in the hole exactly adjustment finish in 5s
and cooling.
4. Cutting the rest bar: Cutting the rest bar materail and keep it, bar can be used times.

matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high

like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for

4. How long can I expect to get the samples?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the
samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be
sent to you via express and arrive in 3-4 days. You can use your
own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
5. What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place
the order. The lead time of MOQ is about 7 to 30 days. Generally
speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the
date you would like to get the products at your country.
6. What is your terms of delivery?
T/T 30% deposits before production and 70% balance to be paid
before shipment.
